- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on mechatronics, electromechanics, industrial computing, or physics.

Responsibilities :
Your mission as a "Customer Engineer":
- You will be responsible for using our automated control systems and measurement instruments.
- You will manage client projects for standard products.
- You will ensure the optimal configuration of equipment.
- You will analyze client data to integrate our products into their production workflow.
- You will provide product specialist support to clients.
- You will train production and service teams on new systems.
- You will train clients on system use.
- You will assess the feasibility of client and Sales Department requests (analysis, testing, reporting).
- You will support after-sales service (SAV) and clients in resolving complex issues and, if needed, communicate design review requirements to R&D.
